SHIPPING AND POLICY INFORMATION
Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy:
- All orders for in-stock items are processed and shipped within 3 business days. Items that are not currently in stock are usually processed in 14-30 business days (varies by vendor)
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Orders placed after 3 pm Friday will be processed the next Monday (Excluding Federal Holidays).
- Transit Time is Only Guaranteed for Business days which do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.
- We are not responsible for packages left outside from the freight carriers that may be lost or damaged. Please contact the appropriate carrier directly to open up a claim.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
- If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
- Expedited shipping options only guarantee transit times by the carrier
- Specially ordered, non-stocked items shipped direct from manufacturers will incur separate shipping charges regardless of dollar amount of order.
- Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, PR, VI and will incur additional shipping charges.
- Residents of New York will incur applicable sales tax in the event that their order ships from their home state.
- International shipments will have additional freight charges. International shipments may be subject to import duties and fees, please consult your Customs Offices for any possible charges.
- For your safety and security, as well as ours, all orders over $150.00 will require your signature when the shipment is received via all forms of delivery. For fraud protection, we will only ship air packages to locations on file with the credit card company. This is for the protection of the cardholder and iPAC531.
Return Policy
All returns must be approved and RMA number provided with Return. Returns must be approved through the Contact Form provided on the "Contact Us" Page.
International Orders
International shipping is available. If you country is not listed in the drop down menu, please use International Checkout to complete your transaction.
- International tracking information may not be available for international orders.
- Insurance and a Signature is required on all international orders over $500.
- We cannot mark international packages as GIFT.
